It is important that both the woman and the man understand that infertility can be a problem caused by either of the two, or both at the same time. The woman's medical history is focused on identifying pathologies such as: ovaric polycystic syndrome, hyperandrogenism from other causes, hypothalamic amenorrhea caused mainly by stress, abnormal bleeding and its corresponding differential diagnosis, endometriosis, pelvic infections, polips, miomatosis, hypeprolactinemia, hyper or hipothyrodism, recurrent miscarriages, etc..
